The article that I have read is about the never
ending battle over carbs. Dr. Atkins has
started the idea that carbs makes you fat and contributes to obesity. Dr.
Atkins created the Atkins diet and it was a big hit around the world. More than
three million people in the UK had tried this diet. After years of experiments conducted on this
area, medical professionals argues, that
this diet does not help the weight –conscious on a long term. But the fact is,
people will do whatever it takes to look thin so that they can feel good.
My opinion is that there are a lot of programs that
claim to help in the process of losing weight. However, I believe in order to
lose weight, you have to balance your food intake and exercise. Regardless, you
should bear in mind that every individual has a different body type and metabolism. What a lot of people do not know
is the fact that fruits and vegetables are carbs as well. Every individual
should prior to plan to lose weight, conduct a rigorous research about losing weight.
Lastly, losing weight should be taken seriously and not taken for granted.

I totally aggree with you. all those programmes of losing weight and the different diets is just to let people spend their money. It's rediculous how many believe in that crap. If you ballance your food intake and excersice on a regular basis there shouldn't be a problem.
ReplyDeletei always thought that that these gimmicks use all fancy words and before and after photos of people that don't even look like each other were kind of funny. it explains that people will buy anything to be skinny without doing any research.
